Infinitum Digital ("Infinitum", "we", "us") operates the website infinitum.solutions. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022) and other applicable regulations.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, government identifiers, health data, or biometric data.
Under UU PDP, we process your personal data based on legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry, improving our services) and your consent (submitting the contact form, taking the diagnostic quiz, or booking through Calendly). You provide data voluntarily in each case.
We use your personal data to respond to inquiries you submit through our contact form, to generate and deliver your BWG diagnostic report, to schedule and confirm meetings booked through Calendly, to analyse website usage patterns through Google Analytics, and to improve our website and services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Our site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data. These cookies do not identify you personally. GA4 cookies include _ga (used to distinguish users, expires after 2 years) and _ga_* (used to maintain session state, expires after 2 years). You can disable cookies through your browser settings or by using a browser extension such as Google Analytics Opt-out.
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain the business relationship, typically no longer than 2 years from last contact. BWG diagnostic results are retained for the duration of our engagement. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Under UU PDP and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to obtain a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@infinitum.solutions. We will respond within 3 business days.
We protect your data through HTTPS encryption on all pages, security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options), and access controls on our hosting environment. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Some of our third-party services (Google Analytics, Calendly) process data outside Indonesia. These transfers are necessary to provide the services described above and are conducted in accordance with the data protection standards required by UU PDP.
Our services are designed for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
